PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Microbiological formulation for the control of grease/fat/odour in sewerage reticulation systems & lift stations, municipal and trade waste treatment plants, grease traps and drainlines.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Dose rates and application methods vary depending on wastewater characteristics and treatment systems. Typically a dose of between 2 – 10 ppm of flow is effective. Your technical representative should be consulted to determine the most effective program.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

• Kitchen drain lines & Grease traps: Small commercial (up to 500 litres) – 250ml per day. Medium (500 to 1,500 litres) – 0.5 to 1.0 litre per day. Large (> 1,500 litres) – 1.0 to 2.0 litres per day. Consider Actizyme’s Kitchen dosing system. (See Industrial Solutions)

• Drain lines: For food plants, boning rooms, abattoirs and other trade waste applications. Add 1 litre of Liquid ‘G’ to 20 litres of water and pour solution down drains after processing. Repeat daily or as required.

• Lift station wet well: Consult your technical representative.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

• Handling: Put on appropriate personal protective equipment. Eating, drinking and smoking should be prohibited in areas where this material is handled, stored and processed. Workers should wash hands and face before eating, drinking and smoking.

• Storage: Keep container tightly closed. Keep container in a cool, well-ventilated area.
