STINK STOPPER

The nutrient blend contains a range of natural organic acids and alcohols that combine to form esters. It also contains several B-group vitamins and mineral salts (including potassium, phosphate, calcium, magnesium, and sulphate).

Stink Stopper stimulates the activity of naturally occurring micro-organisms by first giving them energy (acids and esters) and minerals to promote cell division. Most importantly, the B-group vitamins promote the rapid development of natural bacteria. This combination means that bacteria that tend to produce offensive odours are replaced by bacteria that can live under conditions of low dissolved oxygen levels, yet do not produce characteristic anaerobic smells. These organisms (called facultative anaerobes) can also break down waste.

The surfactants ensure efficient cleaning and removal of odorous surface soils while facilitating even distribution of the product in all areas.

Additionally, fragrant Tea Tree oils effectively neutralize foul odours quickly, leaving behind a pleasant aroma.

ALWAYS READ THE LABEL AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Dose rates and application methods vary depending on level of odour & system being treated. Typically a dose of 5L - 20L per 1000L is effective. Best results are obtained with a pH of between 5-9 and temperatures over 15°C.

Grease traps (sumps, pit toilets, wet wells, etc) :

• Small commercial (up to 500L) - Add 500mL per day

• Large (>1 ,500L) - 1 to 2L per day until odour is under control, then a smaller dose can be used (approx. 1/4). Can be sprayed on if prefered.

Septics/Drain Lines/Waste Treatment:

Add 1L of Stink Stopper to 10L of water and pour or spray solution into drains. Repeat daily or as required. It may take several days for bacterial strains to breed up sufficient enzymes to begin effective odour removal.

Rubbish Bins/Skips/Municipal tips/Piggeries:

Mix 1 part Stink Stopper to 19 parts water and spray directly onto bin/skip or waste material. The best results are achieved when the entire surface is evenly covered.
