STEP 1
Find the product for which you’d like your money back and make note of the batch number. The batch number is located above the barcode in a small box and starts with the prefix ‘AA’ followed by 3 digits.

Terms and conditions
The Block Free Guarantee is only valid for Actizyme products that have the ‘Block Free Guarantee’ logo on the label and is valid for 12 months from the purchase date
If we find the reason Actizyme is not performing is due to a ‘physical’ or non-organic barrier (like a large tree root or ball blocking the drain) or that it has not been used as directed, we reserve the right to reject the claim.
Actizyme reserves the right to reject any application we deem inappropriate or an abuse of the offer, or the subject of fraud.
Application forms:
must be fully completed and submitted on our website;
will not be processed, returned or acknowledged if incomplete or incorrect;
Refund Payments will be made:
for the amount on the original purchase receipt or RRP, whichever is less;
by refund to your nominated bank account;
